SOLIDBLANK LTD (“we”, “us”) operates the Orin mobile app. We are a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

These Terms of Use apply when you use Orin. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Orin.

For App Store downloads, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What Orin is

Orin provides natal-chart, relationship compatibility (synastry), timing, and AI-assisted interpretive features for entertainment and self-reflection.

Orin is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Chart calculations and AI text are interpretive. They are not predictions you should rely on for important decisions. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Your account

You can use Orin without an email or password. We create a pseudonymous session so your profile and people can be saved.

You are responsible for the information you enter, including birth data and details about other people. Only add or submit another person’s data if you have their permission or another lawful right to do so. Do not use Orin to harass anyone.

You may delete your account in Settings. This deletes the account records we control as described in our Privacy Policy. Active store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.

Subscriptions

Orin may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Depending on the offer shown in the app, a subscription may provide full natal-chart interpretations, unlimited compatibility readings, weekly/monthly/transit timing, and AI Ask and interpretation features. The exact subscription title, duration, included access, localized total price, and any eligible free-trial terms are shown on the paywall before purchase.

Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or the equivalent Play Store subscriptions page. Deleting the app or your Orin account does not cancel the store subscription.

If a free trial is offered, the paywall shows its duration and the price charged after it ends. It converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refund requests for App Store or Play Store purchases are handled by the relevant store under its policies and applicable law.

Purchase restoration is available in Orin’s paywall and Settings. Subscription access is available on supported devices using the same App Store or Play Store account; use Restore purchases when needed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Orin or our APIs: no scraping, attempts to break security, illegal content, harassment, or use that overloads the service. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

Intellectual property

Orin, its design, and our original copy belong to SOLIDBLANK LTD. You keep rights in the content you submit. You give us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to run the app, including charts, saved people, and requested AI interpretations.

AI features

Ask and other generated text are produced by automated systems. They can be incomplete or wrong. Do not treat them as professional advice. AI data sharing is optional and can be withdrawn from Settings as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Orin is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
