SOLIDBLANK LTD (“we”, “us”) operates the Orin mobile app. We are a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

These Terms of Use apply when you use Orin. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Orin.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the App Store download.

What Orin is

Orin provides natal-chart, relationship compatibility (synastry), timing, and AI-assisted interpretive features for entertainment and self-reflection.

Orin is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Chart calculations and AI text are interpretive. They are not predictions you should rely on for important decisions. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Your account

You can use Orin without an email or password. We create an anonymous session so your profile and people can be saved.

You are responsible for the information you enter, including birth data and details about other people. Only add people you have a right to include. Do not use Orin to harass anyone.

You may delete your account in Settings. That deletes the server records we control, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Some features require an auto-renewing Orin subscription (for example weekly or yearly). Title, length, and price are shown on the paywall before you buy.

Payments are charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play on Android). The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the equivalent Play Store subscriptions page). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. We do not issue refunds for unused time except as required by Apple, Google, or applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Orin or our APIs: no scraping, no attempts to break security, no illegal content, and no use that overloads the service. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

Intellectual property

Orin, its design, and our original copy belong to SOLIDBLANK LTD. You keep rights in the content you submit. You give us a limited licence to process that content so we can run the app (charts, saved people, and AI interpretations).

AI features

Ask and other generated text are produced by automated systems. They can be incomplete or wrong. Do not treat them as professional advice.

Liability

Orin is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after a material change means you accept the updated Terms.
